SUMMARY OF EUDORA CITY ORDINANCE 1108
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1428 ELM STREET IN EUDORA, KANSAS, FROM RS (RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY) TO CPOD (COMMERCIAL PLANNED OVERLAY DISTRICT) AND DIRECTING THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUDORA, KANSAS, AND REINCORPORATING SAID ZONING MAP BY REFERENCE. On March 23, 2020, the City Commission for the City of Eudora, Kansas, adopted Ordinance No. 1108. The Ordinance rezoned property commonly known as 1428 Elm Street from RS (Residential Single Family) to CPOD (Commercial Planned Overlay District).
